Introduction to Yoga Series
In this four part / 4 week series you will, even if you are new to yoga, or familiar with the practice, this series will help you develop balance, strength and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed, insecure or confused.
In this class we will take our time getting into postures and focus on the fundamentals, we’ll combine yoga postures and breathing exercises to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind.
No yoga experience is required.
Held on Tuesdays in November at 7pm with Pickles.
