This workshop series is designed for anyone who is curious about yoga. It is Erin’s goal to share the spark of Ashtanga Yoga with you and foster a love of moving your body, in rhythm with your breath. We will use the foundation of the Ashtanga system to explore the breath-body connection and develop a practice that supports you through all of life’s stages.
Erin believes that everyone can benefit from developing a personal yoga practice. The methods used are accessible to all, while being effective and efficient at developing both strength and flexibility, in the body and mind.
